DUPPALLY RANGANATH filed complaint against Acte Technologies on Jul 24, 2025
Summary of Grievance
I am filing this complaint against ACTE for misrepresentation of training services, non-delivery of promised sessions, denial of refund, and unethical training practices, despite repeated follow-ups and escalation attempts.
Background
On ** July.**, I enrolled in ACTE’s Celonis training program, paying ₹**,*** based on the assurance from the Sales team that this would be an advanced-level workshop.
I had earlier considered a ₹**,*** workshop, but was explicitly told that the ₹**,*** package was for advanced training, which influenced my decision.
Breach of Commitment
- During the first connect on ** July with RA (John), Trainer, and Diya, it was revealed that the training would only be basic to intermediate, contradicting the original promise.
- The trainer himself acknowledged that ACTE over-commits on Celonis training offerings.
- No training sessions were conducted on ** July (Saturday)** or ** July (Sunday), despite confirmation from RA.
- I attempted to reach out to Akash, John, and the institute multiple times, but received no response.
Trainer’s Disclosure
- In a separate discussion with the trainer, I was informed that ACTE management had instructed trainers to complete sessions quickly, often without covering all concepts thoroughly.
- The trainer also stated that certification would not be provided** unless the trainer evaluation is completed by the candidate, which was never communicated during enrollment or orientation.
- This raises serious concerns about the quality and integrity of the training and certification process.
Escalation Mishandling
- Diya, the first-level escalation contact, failed to resolve the issue and **provoked me to take legal action, refusing to escalate the matter to higher management.
- I requested a refund on ** July, well within a reasonable timeframe (when I realized that classes were not being conducted due to poor accounntability), but was told it was not possible due to a *-day policy—which was never communicated or documented.
Relief Sought
I request the Consumer Forum to direct ACTE to:
*. Initiate a full refund of ₹**,***, as no training was delivered and the service was misrepresented.
*. Acknowledge service deficiency, miscommunication by their staff, and unethical training practices.
*. Take corrective action to ensure such misleading and incomplete training practices are not repeated.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
