I have booked a stay in Hotel Trimrooms Palm Do'r (Delhi) through Agoda.com & paid with online transaction of rs ****/- but when I reached at property Hotel manager denied to confirm my booking as he told me that their hotel is not listed with Agoda.com, I was totally helpless that time bcoz it was **pm & I got another stay at *am in morning after door to door searching for room availability.
There is no helpline number in their website to register a complaint regarding this fraud.
My only request is to refund my money.
