I Sri Swapan Kumar das reside at C-**/*, Baisakhi Abasan, Sector -II, Salt lake City, Kolkata- ****** West Bengal. On **/**/**** I was ordered a VACUUM CLEANER SET ie. one Vacuum Cleaner mean unit, one USB CORD & one Brush with handle worth Rupees ***/- only from NIA SHOPS, MUMBAI through Online. But Unfortunately On **/**/**** I received from BLUE DART Executive only a USB Cord & a BRUSH Without handle. mean Unit VACUUM CLEANER WAS NOT INTO THE BOX.
