HDFC Ltd - False details share against Loan

I have took Loan from HDFC Ltd. At a time of Disbursement I have handover * PDC's & NACH mandate on HDFC Ltd Kharghar Branch. Further in Oct *rd Loan is got fully disbursed. HDFC ltd has deducted my EMI amount through NACH on cycle date. Somehow I got to know that Rs *** is overdue in my account & I have asked details to HDFC ltd & come to know that the amount is pending pertains to final disbursed amount interest which is pending from Nov **. They told me that mail have been sent to me regarding pending due but nowhere it is pending that what amount is pending & why that is pending. They have presented EMI at their end only. So they should know what amount to be present on cycle date. I have sufficient balance in my account but they failed to deduct. Further I have asked for PEMI working on how the amount has calculated & how the difference have come. So they have not shared the calculation rather they have told that pending amount is pertains to PEMI & amount is ***. They have not share the actual calculation about Rs***. So I decided to share amount along with calculation from my side. So basis my calculation they have given me amount of Rs ***/-
I have asked again that kindly confirm the final amount so they told me to pay Rs*** as PEMI
today I have checked my SOA & come to know that ** they have charged as penal charges & Rs *** as interest amount.
HDFC ltd have failed to provide the correct amount calculation also gave me false information regarding overdue amount.
why should I pay penal charges where they have failed to deduct correct amount on Nov month. due to their negligence my CIBIL score might affect.
I have filed this complaint as they do not share correct details with customer.
my request is only to share correct PEMI calculations & reversal of incorrect charges. Also correction in my CIBIL.
