The delivery status is incorrect and keeps changing. I repeatedly received SMS and email notifications saying that my parcel would be delivered today, but each time the delivery was delayed. The tracking status kept changing, causing confusion. Later, the parcel was even marked as delivered, but I did not receive it. I request an investigation into the incorrect tracking updates and either delivery of my order or a full refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
