customerz supportz or service centre - False company representation and service

I could have never imagined that getting my washing machine repaired would turn out to be such a nightmare. This was the first time in three years that it started giving me an error. So, naturally I looked up online and found an "LG authorised service centre" with a **** number.

I called, and they assigned a repair personnel, who came, repaired, changed a part and took Rs. ****/- and left. My nightmare began half an hour after the machine was on, when it again started giving an error. That was last Monday, I kept trying to reach the guy, either he wouldn't pick up or when he did he wouldn't turn up.

Today I again decided to reach out to the above **** number, where I had their customer service agents hanging up on, not responding to me, and their so called manager "Mohit Singh" telling me that, "Aapke pass repair wale ka number hai naa. Use phone karo, yahaan kyu phone karte ho."

He refused to give me their address, the address on the website is incorrect, the RSS feed for facebook, twitter, instagram and linkedin doesn't work. The name of the company is a very nondescript "Service Centre".
He even gave me the wrong email address. When emailed, I received an "address not found" message.

When I called back and confronted for the wrong address, and told him he lied about being a Manager. He threatened that I can goto the cops but he won't get my service done.
Later on I did a google search for the number ************ and realised there are multiple websites that claim this as their tollfree number for household appliance repairs. Each website is not linked to Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin. Each website has nondescript names like www.customersservice.in/ or repiarservices.in/. There are more than ten such dummy sites. None of the sites even have proper registered addresses.
