Colive medford - False commitments Increase in rent Hygiene

This is to inform you that your billing team agent has collected ( Rakesh Kumar) the advance rent for the month of March...I have taken a video of him where Rakesh wearing the colive batch admitted that Colive is cheating people by giving them false commitment while booking the rooms.If you want I can share it on your social media page.

Below are the points that need to be taken care immediately:-

*) There is a late fee added which need to be removed immediately as this was a fault from sales team who promised to provide a coupon code and after multiple follow-ups no response came from sales team.which delayed the rent payment.

*) rent was promised as ** k by the sales team (Surjan)and the property manager( Dipendra)...Rakesh from billing team has spoken with him and property manager admitted the same....I have a video of that conversation as well.Hence please remove the extra **** which is showing due.

*) Colive Medford is not a healthy place considering the ongoing Corona virus issue...No safety measures has been taken so far..I have the video of the house keeping guy who admitted that they are washing floors without floor cleaners and he also blamed colive for not giving proper supply of the nessesarry materials .I would like to vacate it by the end of this month...And make sure that I get my full deposit money while leaving.

To be precise I need that **** rupees to be cleared immediately from due section.
