Exotica Inn And Retreat Holidays Pvt Ltd - False commitments by Exotica Inn

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding deceptive sales practices and poor service experienced with the Exotica Inn Group. I am requesting a full refund of my membership fee due to misrepresented services and failed commitments.

On **th February ****, I met with your executives, Mr. Masoom ********** and Mr. Ankush ********** only WhatsApp, at the Statue of Unity. I was assured that a membership priced at ₹**,*** would provide ** nights over three years at premium properties, including the Raffles Udaipur and St. Regis Mumbai, along with two complimentary movie tickets.

Since paying the ₹**,*** via credit card and UPI, I have encountered the following issues:

- Misrepresentation of Services: Contrary to the initial sales pitch, I was later informed that bookings are limited to standard hotels. Furthermore, your team stated there are no affiliations in Mumbai, directly contradicting the promise of stays at the St. Regis.
- Unresolved Booking Requests: Requests for stays in Dharamshala and Dalhousie submitted on March **, ****, remain unfulfilled as of today, April *.
- Lack of Professionalism: Mr. Ankush has failed to respond to inquiries regarding the promised movie tickets, and Ms. Varsha +************ disconnected my call when I attempted to discuss these discrepancies.
- Refusal of Refund: My request for a refund based on these false commitments was summarily rejected by your staff.

As the services provided do not align with the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase, I am requesting a full refund of my payment.

Please provide the formal process for initiating this refund immediately. I look forward to your prompt response.
