Bankbazaar.com - False commitment no proper response

I have applied for personal loan from bankBazaar online. They told me I'm pre approved for personal loan by IndusInd Bank coz my credit score is above *** &
It's completely online process.
So I said them to go ahead with application and did all necessary process. They told within ** hr my loan will get approved & will credit in my bank account.
But for all process and verification they took almost * months & my personal loan has been approved.
After that I got call from INDUSIND Bank for agreement sign so I did that process.
Now it's more that **days still not received loan amount.
I called bankBazaar multiple times & email multiple times but still same reply loan is under process and I will receive call from bank.
If I applied from bankBazaar online than why should I have to take follow up from INDUSIND Bank.
BankBazaar is giving false commitment and haresing people with there slow process.
I want to sui them in Court for sure with for mental haresing case.
