Quiker - False commitment made by quiker for clinic advetisement

I, Dr Archana Agarwal, want to file a complaint against Miss Pritha pal and his assistance from quicker services. Miss Pritha Paul and his assistance both of them came to my clinic, which was located at kasba Ramlalbazar Kolkata – ****** and now I have sifted my clinic near Dhakuria Station Road.
They came to my clinic on **/**/****.They told me to advertise in Quiker for my clinic. Initially I denied, but the committed me that they will provide me ** to ** leads per month. They even committed that add will be started within **-** husband they will be there whenever any requirement .Then I got agree and I paid them Rs****/- in cheque (Cheque No . ******) Before that I told them to verify the add profile and the key words from me before it gets live .they agreed afterwards I even told them that if I don’t get any sufficient result will they refund the money and they agreed .But I told them to give me in written and in mail also. Next day Miss Pritha assistant came to collect the cheque .She told they will mail and again she committed that she will be always is there to look after if any problem is there.
Even after ** day add did not get active .Then I asked, she told they are working on key words given by me. After putting pressure on them to refund my amount they made the add live on *nd August *, **** without any proper key words, nor any proper arrangements and they stopped taking my calls. Then my husband Saurabh went to their office at Chaterjee International **th floor .Their manager Mr. Sourav Dey spoke on their behalf .He told whatever you want to do, we will not refund the money.
Sir, this is my humble request that please look into this mater and take some action against such frauds.
