Reliance Smart Ambernath - False commitment Buy 1 Get 1 Free

Dear Reliance Smart,

Today **/**/** had visited to Reliance Smart Store at Ambernath district Thane.

I found very Irresponsible Staff, Poor Management, Non dated System and Store Manager Not available on floor.

So when I visited I had asked the staff is the Product ( Jeera) *** gm is Buy * and get * Free as written on the stand, the saff replied YES. Now when I was processing the bill on billing section the Staff said No Buy * and get * Free available as the system in not capturing, here now what should I say to the Management or the Staff.
Because these stores is promoting through Advertisement, Pamphlets and Anouncement on the floor and making fool the customers.

Is the the service Reliance is providing to the customers. My only concern is why the customer should get suffered Because of your Irresponsible Management.

Before leaving I have raised the complaint in the complaint Book ...attached is the snapshot of the same along with the bill.
