Paysense Limited - False commitment and loan not disbursed till now

My name is Irshad Ahmed i live in chennai I applied for a personal loan from paysense for * lakh and got approved in the app on **th September **** itself with the message that loan will be disbursed within * working day. Its been a month now still not received money. No customer service number for paysense I have sent so many emails to them but no response. Trusting paysense I gave commitment to my family that I will arrange for the money In a day but I feel ashamed when I was not able to arrange for the money. When I applied I got a call from them stating that I have to upload the docs in the app and loan will be disbursed within * hours but they didn't responded then again I got call stating that nach Form has to signed then one person came and collected by sign in * nach forms again after a week I got call stating that KYC has to be done physical one person came he verified my PAN and my aadhar original again signed * nach forms then again after a week I got call stating that ekyc not updated again one person came and done kyc verification. I feel so frustrated and cheated by paysense please help me to resolve this issue.
