Filip Kart - False Commitment and Cheating with customer

I booked my mobile on *th Aug’** and as per commitment by Flipkert they promised to deliver on *th but after several follow up by me they committed to delivered in **th than **th than **th and when I finally informed that i log complaint against Flipkert than suddenly they cancelled by order without my acceptance and block my amount from *th to till now and refunds not on **st only ! i lost my time , my offer value during independence day deal in many other portals also where we purchased the same in discounted amount and gift importance value during festival of rakshabandhan .I requested to government with this medium to take any serious action against such business who shows false commitments , play with customer sentiment and block customer amounts! Also provide proper compensation as a punishment of such false commitment and cheating!!
