Agasta - False Claim of Prickless Blood Sugar Monitoring Device

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious matter involving false and misleading claims made by a company marketing a so-called “prickless” blood sugar monitoring device.
The company Agatsa (https://www.agatsaone.com) in question advertises this product as the world’s first device capable of measuring blood sugar levels without drawing blood. Furthermore, it claims the same device can also measure oxygen levels and blood pressure. These claims were central to the company’s marketing campaign, which influenced my decision to purchase the product.
However, upon using the device, I discovered that it does not perform any of the functions as advertised. It fails to measure blood glucose levels, blood pressure, or oxygen saturation with any reliability or scientific validity. I feel gravely misled by the company’s unsubstantiated and deceptive claims, which amount to a clear case of consumer fraud.
Given the nature of the product and the sensitive health parameters it falsely claims to monitor, I believe this constitutes a serious public health concern. Consumers are being duped into relying on a device that does not deliver the promised health monitoring capabilities, which could have dangerous consequences for individuals managing chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension.
I have already requested the DCGI, Jaago Grahak Jaago to investigate the veracity of these claims, take appropriate regulatory action, and initiate proceedings against the company if found guilty of making fraudulent or unsubstantiated health-related assertions, but not received any response from their side.
