Dhani Loans and Services - False charges From Dhani Loans and Services

When i really fed up with the Dhani services as they are charging the fees without any reason. I decided to pay the bill so that I can cancel the Dhani One Freedom membership because it is manadatory to pay the bills to deactivate the subscription. I paid my dues RS **** on ** December **** amount got deducted from bank but not updated in their dhani app so i contacted them to know the reason they advised to wait for * days and told me to send the bank statement via email. I had send the email immediately but waiting for few days nothing works still it showed me that your dues are pending then I contacted them once again they told me that its our system problem as we are converting the Daily customers to monthly customers it will be updated soon in your dhani app . I had send mails and contacted them number of times but every time they told me that I have to wait. As you know my dues are still showing me pending for past four months I am not eligible to cancel the one freedom membership as the bill I paid on December not get updated in their Dhani app and the fault is from their side. After waiting for so long January, February, March, April **** finally it got updated this month May ****. But this time they charged me a new bill of RS *** as a one freedom membership for past months January, February, March, April. I tried to cancel the membership so many times but the bill I paid is not updated i am not able to do that. You can verify your system and mails that I have sended you and the call records I tried to contact you regarding this issue . I called you ** ** times from past * months you can verify it.. Please make this charge of RS *** as this is the issue from your side not from my side as i paid the bill on **th December **** and it got updated in May ****. I am also sharing the proofs of mails I have sended to support@dhani.com every month this year. And I am warning Dhani Loans and Services if this matter not solved asap next I will file a case in Court.
