Tikona braodband company - false bills generated and harassment and extortion calls

I had got a Tikona connection in Pune, as I was goin to be in the city for * months. After a terrible experience with the * month plan I decided to discontinue the service and that's when the executives at tikona begged me to extend it for another * months even though I mentioned I only had * more months in the city they forced me to get a * month plan and assured me that things would be better and that I wouldn't have any problems this time around. I left the city of pune in June of last year and my plan was to end on July **. Even though I had sent multiple emails to discontinue my service I was sent "legal notice" every month saying I had a pending, which is strange since its a prepaid service in the first place and that I had stopped living in that location a month prior to the expiry of the original plan. And recently almost after a year later I get an extortion call, already having received plenty of calls before that in the first place by a person impersonating a lawyer and saying that a case will be filed and the police will be sent home unless I pay the remaining amount, and I was also told that if the bill generated is a mistake and that if there has been no usage before the plan ended the money will be refunded to me in a half an hour. Not wanting the landlord to have to go through any problems I paid the amount and then was later told that they checked the details and that my full amount should be refunded within half an hour, its been over a day and over ** of my calls have gone un answered and when I tried calling for a different number it was immediately hung up on once they knew it was me and now have blocked both the numbers I have used.
