Cyahi Design Private Limited - False Advertising

I had ordered a product of theirs after seeing their targetted ad and when it came it was neither the material they mentioned in the description nor the color. When I tried returning it, their website says they do not refund the money but only give store credits. Their whole range of products should be like this, so I do not need store credit I need my money back.
