SBI simply save Credit card - Falls payment due and added interest on it every month

I was using SBI credit card in between ****-****. But, later I felt service was no good they charged anual fee which was not informed while taking the card; so, I tried to call many times and didnt get any executive to solve my issue.. Meanwhile, they added interest on my due amount..₹****/- so I blocked that card..then they provide a new card without my knowledge and willingness. And again they strted charging money on it ..even I didn't even use the card the due amount rise to ₹****/- this time also I tried the customer care , finally, I got an excutive he told me he resolved the amout and close my card.. I thought it finished..again the third time now I am getting messages for due amount of ₹****+... The first insident itself I was not using this card..now it's a burden for me..I don't know how I will get rid off it .if someone know the solution please suggest and help me ...
