I booked a iphone ** pro max *** gb and the guy named rishabh took my order and sent me the fake phone and when i received the wrong product i said to him that i got wrong product so he said sir I'll register ur complaint and ill send u another product in * days and now * days passed he isn't responding to my texts calls and when i said to him ill book complaint against you for these type of fraud ur doing so he said go and do whatever you can do no one can touch us and after telling that he blocked me on whatsapp and rejected my calls
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
