I have purchased the red colour plain linen saree andwith cream colour from online shop (Ontheshop saree https://ontheshop.in/) on ** aug ****.

through my mail id -patilyogita***@gmail.com & mobile no.

I didn't Received the saree . I have requested for a refund on **-sep **** on mobile no. **********, person name was Rahul Kumar. He has informed me your order has been canceled, if you want refund then install ANYDESK app. I said NO. I will not install an app for refund. send me my refund directly on my account. so he has used abusing, chip words. I have call recording.

Hence decided to make the consumer complaints. Kindly request to look at the matter.
