Coach-outlet - Fake website

I had orders handbags from the website www.coach-outlets.us.com. This website looks like original Coach website and it has very attractive offers. On entering the cards details it said sorry the card cannot be accepted. I tried again and it again reflected the same error. While i was searching how to make payment i came across a link which said the website is fake. I was happy that the payment was not successful. But after *-* days i received a mail saying the order is confirmed. There was no way that i could reply them. The mail states contact the merchant in case of cancellation but there are no merchant details. The order tracking id could not be found. Still not received the item. Now the credit card again shows another amount pending to the same website. How can i get my refund and prevent another deduction. Please help
