Emionline.in - Fake website fraud

I visited a website emionline.in, then I fill up the form there. Actually, this website provides emi without a credit card by just providing bank details and a cancelled cheque, so I fill up the form there for EMI to buy mobile (Realme U*) on ** December ****. Then they call me using this no. ********** on next morning to pay **% down payment on their paytm no. which is **********, then I paid them **** (paytm transaction ID. ***********) on ** December *:** pm. Then they say that my phone will be delivered within ** hours. Then they call me and email me on ** December and tell me that I have to pay *** insurance charge which is refundable if I don't want to ensure my phone. And I do the same, I pay them *** on the same paytm no (**********) which paytm's transaction ID. *********** on ** December

Their company mobile no is **********. They called me using ********** this mobile no. After down payment, they say that they will send some guy for document verification and to deliver the mobile. But after ** December they didn't send any guy to deliver the phone or for documents verification. After that when I call them, they didn't even receive my call, and when I call by using different mobile no. they do receive my call but when I told them my issue or my name they disconnect my call without saying anything. It looks like online fraud to me.
