WazirX - Fake trade information of SHIBA inu coin

WazirX lauched a coin SHIBA INU.
The lauched price of coin was much Higher(*.* Rs/Coin) than its actual price which was never Its Price Till Date.
I ordered the coin at *.* Rs Per Coin Of Worth Rs ****** and @*.*rs Per Coin Worth Rs ******.
After Order Executed The Coin Was Reached Its Actual Price *.***** which make a huge loss (Total Rs ******)To Me due To Their Fault.
When I See In The Main Exchange(Binance) The Coin Price Was *.*****Actual Price) Which Is Very Low Compared Lo Listing Price On Wazirx.

I Wrote To Wazirx ,Now Wazirx Team Is Excusing That This Was Misconfiguration And System Delay. They have tweeted about their fault and assurign it will not happen in future but doing nothing about this.
This Is Their Fault But What To The Losses That Has Been Occured To Me.

I Lost My All Money Invested In The Coin Due To Their Fake Information.
