www.instamojo.com - Fake terms condition

I had purchased a home tutor service and I did not like the service as because it was fake and applied a refund to www.instamojo.com website and the tickets were created. They have a clear policy of cancellation and getting the refund within ** days and it has been more than ** days. I did not get the refund. On the case also they are not taking action. It is a totally fake website. Please help me to get my refund. They email id is:-support@instamojo.com
