Heidelberg Cement India - Fake Switzerland trip by reputed cement company

Few days back ( ** June **** ) I’ve got an information that Heidelberg cement company is organising a Switzerland trip on ** August **** trough their bhopal office and one of the company employe gave me the information regarding the trip so I’ve finalised the trip and also made the payments to their travel vendors account somewhere in June . But today evening (** August ****) they called me and told me that due to some of technical issues from our part your visa is rejected because of their lack of knowledge so I’ve asked them for my refunds ( five lakh rupees) but they told me you have to contact the travel agent named Pacific tour and travel , then I had called the pacific tours company for my refunds but they again told me that they are the tour organisers and they don’t have the responsibility for refunds after ** minuets again I had called Heidelberg Bhopal office for my refunds but they told me we are unable to process your payments. It’s very painful for me and my wife we had sacrifices and save money since * years back for a foreign trip but due to the fraud and cheating from a reputed cement company made us speechless in front of our * years girl that we are not going to any foreign trip and it’s also a prestige point for me and my wife because every relative , friend and staff knows that we are going for a Switzerland trip on ** aug . But now don’t know how to answer their questions this also affect our image in front of them and now I am not even able to take them for a domestic tour due to financial crisis. Kindly help me for my refunds because it’s hard for me to bare the loss of * lakh rupees please help me.
