Paid for applications to edrivinglicense.org for new driving licence. the website was designed in such a way that it looks like a govt. website. the number provide there are not contactable. I came to know the site is fraud when I visited to local RTO for the application status. when I contacted through the service email address given in the website it saying that the amount cannot be refunded as it is under process...they keep changing the contact nmbr
