I have ordered a gown but received a cheap torn saree part on *meters.. disgusting. No response through email or for refund. Looks like the refund form is a fake one. When contacted on the customer care number the person tried to fraud me and access my bank account and take more amount. He clearly denied that there are no options to refund other than this procedure of using yes bank. I thought some thing fishy snd stopped the process in middle. I want my refund back. Please take serious action against them.
