I bought Ferrari Puma shoes from the website, on **-*-**** and they delivered on **-*-****. I saw that there was no puma box and immediately understood that these were fake shoes. I checked the Ferrari logo on them and it was also fake. On the website, the Ferrari logo was clearly shown as the original. I enquired about this on the number given on the in the SMS. On seeing this the person said that they clearly stated that the products are copied products.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
