Skywilla ethnic 07 - Fake Selling of product

Hi Consumer Forum team , with disheartened state i am writing this to you to inform that the company named skywilla ethnic_** are cheating customers on insagram platform by selling their product, quality of which is not matching with the videos they are showing for selling . They are using some expert designer model videos for advertisement and then mimicking the product with bad quality material and different design . As per their return policy they are not returning or exchanging when asked . I have all the roofs with me of the conversation with them . They haven't returned my money . Please i request you to look into this matter.
Also they are creating different account with different names likewise and using to fool customers.
