APPLE SAMSUNG JBL BOSE - FAKE SAMSUNG ULTRA DELIVERED AND REFUND ISSUE

I ordered original Samsung s** ultra mobile under ** days return and refund policy via whatsapp number ********** on ** December **** for rupees ***** from a company(online seller) named APPLE SAMSUNG JBL BOSE situated at ** SARANG STREET, MUMBAI. But i received a CLONE (COPY) of Samsung s** ultra mobile on ** December ****. I was cheated.
I contacted the seller but his return team stated when the shipment reaches the company they will process further, which was actually not given in the refund agreement.My whatsapp number used for purchase is - **********.
I want instant hand to hand refund of rupees ***** at that time when I return this clone of Samsung s** ultra to the seller's agent. I can't trust this seller any more.I want my money back.
Kindly take immediate action in this regard.
