Agoda provide fake voucher for Biyadhoo hotel stay for which I paid online. I did follow up with customer care from ** July till now(** July), but no resolution. Risk of trip cancellation was already mentioned to Agoda when I first raised the complaint, but Agoda don't care about customer and giving fake promises Everytime I call.
Full travel plan loss, * days wasted in calling customer and flight ticket loss, pre-travel adjustment loss, vacation leave loss.(total ****usd)
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
