AWB-SRTC********** Shipped via Ekart logistics from Shiprocket App(CASH ON DELIVERY)

Complaint against Ekart logistics and Shiprocket

Customer got the parcel on **th june
Customer given images of proofs.
Ekart Collected the cash of ****/-but denied that customer rejected the parcel and took my ****/-
Shiprocket cross confirmed with buyer via call centre and given information that it's being already delivered.
As per ekart logistics it's being undelivered as customer rejected and parcel to be again given to Seller.
Shiprocket doesn't help in the matter.
Ekart returned the parcel (RTO) on **th june to us(case solutions *u)
But surprisingly the parcel was different and at the unboxing it's being found that it contains the Electric fuse instead.
Please help us in this matter.
Systematically fraud done by ekart logistics.
No help was given by aggregator (Shiprocket)
