I ordered Optimum Nutrition(ON) protein Powder of Double Chocolate flavor of INR**** on **th March ****, but they delivered Extreme Milk flavor on **th March ****. Then I called customer support for exchange and they approved it. But on **th March ****,when delivery guy came he said, "The Seal of the product is damaged already so I can't approve exchange. " and when I cross checked the product, it has damaged seal ( not placed properly on its place) and product does not have any Authentication Code on it as per shown on website (flipkart) .
I again called customer support and asked them for exchange and they said we are escalating your issue and our team will be get back to you.
Since **th march **** I called customer support *-* times and they gave dates for resolution and now on **th April **** thry said this product comes under No return policy so we cannot return it.
They fooled me with fake product and wasted my **** INR.
Is it fair to deliver fake product (i.e. Poison) to someone by making No Return Policy.
Please somebody help me.
