Endure Health Club Private Limited - Fake promises

I enrolled for gym membership and sales team gave me words it is going to start in next * days. But it's been almost one month and it is not functioning yet. Sales team told me if it is not going to start by *th Feb **** we will refund your money. Now after taking multiple follow ups on email and phones they agreed to pay the refund but initiation that is after ** days which is also not trustable. I'm mentally harrased by them and my health is also impacted due to this incident. I have mail chains and phone calls of the same. Yesterday also they keep hanging me by saying that they are talking to Board of Directors and management and letting me talk to a reliable source.
