Explore India Travel - Fake promises underbooked packages

I have posted my travel tour package requirement on one travel portal "Hellotravel.com" through that I have received a call from Explore India Travel Executive Arohi and she shared travel package as per my requirement on whatsapp number ********** and I agreed on that and ready for half payment which I have paid as per condition and they given me commitment they are going to provide invoice and booking details. But, next day in the afternoon I have received a call for more **** rupees to confirm the booking. If, I will not pay then they will not going to book my package and will not give any money if I cancel my plan. I said I would have thought if you had informed me at that time. Now they are giving me false commitment and neither give me a booking details nor give me money back. They never call me back after one call I have received dated on **th Nov'** which was for extra money. Since last ** days I am calling them but sometimes they are not picking and when picking call they give me another day commitment and also, on phone guy (Arunkumer) said abusing words and threthen me like "we are not giving you anything if you are not giving **** more.
Please note down below numbers apart from above whatsapp number and take necessary action on them. so, others can save there money.
