I received a product from this seller which is completely different from the picture. I want to return the product because it is quite cheaper alternative they sent me. I email them several times on their support email but no response. I even wrote to them that I will complain about them to consumer forum. Later I receive a fake call by the name of consumer forum and they asked for *** rs for resolution of matter, which I denied. Now I need my money back and want to return this fake product.
