Cosmetics hub - Fake products received

So I ordered * products from this page because they are on sale at that point of time so I asked her so many times that your products are authentic or not because I don't want copy products or anything some how she convinced me and I sent her total amount through gapy and after **-** days I received products I shot a unboxing video and the products are fack now she is now replying properly or anything after some days I told her that I'm sending you your products back so she immediately replies that send we'll she and refund or give you some other products I thought I don't want this productz and at any point I'm not gonna use it so I returned them at my side , and now she is saying eyeshadow palette is broken and I'm asking for unboxing video from her side as well so she is not sending and giving me no reply as such.
So if you guys can help me out please because I don't have products as well as my money.
