On *nd February ****, two person cash with a scratch card offer and after paying ** rs I scratched the card. N it turned out to be a gas set, I said instead u give me a dish tv set and sound system. He gave me by paying ****. They promised two year warranty. When then later I saw that it wasn't working. I phone to exchange or refund my money back they refused to call back or exchange and rejected my calls
Please I need help and this company needs to be punished with heavy fine and refund my money back. Please help me
