Ordered zeblade thor S smart watch from eexata.net on **th of January **** by Cash On delivery.
Received it in two days.
After opening the package found a brandless plain box with a fake smartwatch without any branding on it.
Doesn't even have the features mentioned on website like heart rate sensor or the pedometer.
Placed a refund request on mail as suggested by website on the same day but no response yet.
Tried calling the customer care number but no one picks.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
