Martgo - Fake product with no return and no customer care

I ordered Bose wireless sports earphone on **.**.**** on COD. The delivery came on **nd and the product was fake. I contacted them in their number from which they called to confirm my address (**********). They said they have filed a complaint and will get back. I am trying to contact them but they are not picking up. I am stuck with a fake product. Bill copy is attached.
