Company has cheated on me. They sent me fake product.
I want to lodge legal complaint against this website. They are doing fraud with their customers. They are showing fake images in their ads and their website portal also. I ordered a fully stitched flayered Kurti dress from the website but they sent me completely different and disasterous unstitched dress material which doesn't worth even ***₹ but I paid ***₹ +** ₹delivery charges for that dress. And now I am also not able to return it because there is no option or clue on their website about how can I return my purchased product and get my refund.
Please resolve this issue ASAP. I am being mentally harassed as I have already been financially harassed by them. Please help me. I want my refund.
