Sukhda Fab - Fake product refund request not answered

I ordered * sarees (order id *SKD****** ) from the website https://www.sukhdafab.com/
The only option available for payment was COD.
The product is of abysmal quality and does not match the material or the look they show on their website. I have sent refund request on email and whatsapp messages to the official email id and contact number, but no one responds. Nobody picks up when we call their contact no +** **********
