I ordered Apple EarPods Airpods from boomcartz.com via an ad promoted on instagram app and received a fake Chinese wired EarPods with duplicate charger and a usb charging cable. i sent mail and contacted the site from their page and was not recognised for any assistance. requesting for refund of my product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
