This is regarding with my order #***** was placed on August **, ****. The product is Bose Truly Wireless Sport *. As mentioned in the description (i.e, support noise cancellation) it's not supporting noise cancellation. I'm not able to connect with Bose 'find my buds' application. The Bose application could not be connected with Bluetooth headphones. It seems the product is not an original product of Bose. The quality of the product is very poor.
I strongly believe that it's not functioning as described in the description. There was no seal on the box the contents were loose. The spare earbuds were not present and a cheap charger cable was there instead and I'm not able to connect with the box too. The product is clearly fake, the manual inside is for some cheap earphones called twins true wireless earbuds all written in Chinese no mention of bose anywhere. There is no bill present. I have pictures of the product the quality is terrible. I want to return the product immediately and expect a full refund. If the complaint is ignored I will not hesitate to contact the delivery company or take legal action against a fraudulent site.
