Tripalli - Fake product received

On dated ** / **/ ** i orderd silk saree which is pink & cream colour looks beautiful on site so i orderd the same .on dt.**/ **/ ** i received parcel from blue dart courier but it very cheap , worst quality of product i dont undustand what is that product it is like plain dupatta .i am very disappointed with this.when i go back to tripalli online store to return & refund the product but there is no info availbale not contact no are shown in there webste.so i left the massage but i had not get any responce from there.
This tripalli store is very froud .they are cheating to people.
