I purchased products from willora.com for Rs. *** on **th April through Mobikwik. I got a cheap product which is totally different from the image shown on their site. Please help me in getting my money back. I wrote a mail to them at care.willora@gmail.com to return the product, but no response. Tried to talk through the number but not picking the call. When I asked them through Mobikwik they are showing a courier receipt with my sign which they got from Willora.com, which is a fake one. I attached the email which I sent to them to return the product.
