Hi sir,
I have ordered a smart watch from thewristbuddy.com website they have offered KW*X android smart watch at the cost of ****/- as an offer price. I have booked the watch. But with the surprise i have received a fake watch which does not even switch on and which does not have any sensors at all. I informed the company the same. The responded me back mentioning for approval of returns department. Min TAT is ** days. But its almost ** days passed from the day i received my watch. Still there is no response from the site or management team. Kindly help me out and make aware of people to not to book from this site.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
