I had ordered a Sony Bluetooth headphone along with an earpod from Shopnik E-Services Pvt Ltd. But they delivered a wrong headphone and wrong earpod of bad quality. Now I want to return the product and get a refund of my amount. I even got the call from Customer Service from Shopnik E-service confirming my address. I specifically addressed them about fake issue thing but they clearly deny it. Please help in return the product back and refund my amount. Here's my order no. *****.
