jeansblu com - fake product received

I ordered a combo pack of super stylish zipper cargo jeans party wear pack of * from jeansblu.com ,
on april ** i received the product from ekart delievery executive. But when i opened the packet i found * rough and tear and used short jeans.Then i apply for returning the product but later i found there was no return option provided ,but in the initial product was provided for me.
After that i searched on youtube about this site and found there were so many users that were also fraud by this company.
so therefore i request you to please initiate a strict action against this company or site and help me to provide my refund.
