Letsmart.com - Fake product received

I ordered Apple iPhone x ***gb through letsmart.com on * October ****
I had a word with their executive and they assured me that the product is ***% genuine
And they also messaged me on Whatsapp
First I made a payment of rs *** via paytm
Then after *-* days ** October **** I received the package via delhivery couriers
And I paid RS ***** to the guy then when I opened the package it was a fake iPhone * which runs on Android
I immediately made a call to the letsmart told them about the product and also told them that I want to return this product and get refund immediately
To which they replied that I have to write an email on the same address which I received at the time to booking and refund will take up to ** days
Somehow I agreed on that and did the same
I kept calling them after *-* days and they gave me the date ** Oct ****
On this date. I will receive the money when I contacted on **th they didn't receive my call and one executive blocked me on Whatsapp ....I tried calling their * numbers but none responded and didn't even reply on WhatsApp ....I write a mail again , texted them , WhatsApp them but no response
Now on Monday ** Oct they told me that I will receive the on Friday ** Oct but today also I didn't get the money
I messaged them on WhatsApp told about my situation that I have to pay medical bills but none of them seems to care
I don't want to lose my money because its my hard earned money
